Return & Exchange Policy

To give our customers confidence to shop with us, La Ventana Boutique offers a cash refund within 3 days of purchase date, and offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase subject to the below conditions:

Items to be exchanged or refunded should be in a resellable condition in their original packaging accompanied with a valid receipt.

Goods purchased at reduced prices during sale or promotion periods can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase date, but no refunds will be made.

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear & earrings, cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.

In the case of shoes, their soles must remain in perfect condition to qualify for a return. no returns will be accepted if makeup, odour or any kind of stains have been transferred on to the items.
