1) Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide through DHL & Aramex
2) What is the estimated delivery date of my order?
We offer expedited shipping through DHL & Aramex on all orders. Delivery time can range between 2-7 business days.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note this may take longer during holidays.
3) Can I cancel my order?
We are happy to accommodate any changes or cancellations to your order before the order has been dispatched. Changes and Cancellations to your order must be through WhatsApp. We will reply with a confirmation letting you know the status of your request.
4) Can I change the size, color or quantity of my order?
We are happy to accommodate any changes to your order before the order has been dispatched. Changes to your order must be through WhatsApp 90099786. We will reply with a confirmation letting you know the status of your request.
5) Can I change my address once my order has been placed?
Once an order is submitted, you have up to 1 hour to make any changes. To change your address, please contact us through WhatsApp 90099786. Once orders are dispatched, we will be unable to redirect them. So please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
6) Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
GCC and International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees set by the destination country customs authorities (Import Fees). The recipient of the shipment is considered the importer and is responsible for all Import Fees.
7) How much does international shipping cost?
Delivery cost is 2 KD, or free on orders above KD 100 (Delivered within 1-2 days)
Orders Shipped to any GCC country – 10 KD
All other destinations worldwide – 20 KD
8) What payment options do you accept?
Currently, we accept payments by Knet, Visa & MasterCard.
